For the first time, IMS will feature a seminar stream dedicated to Marketing through Social Media.  Seminars will cover a range of topics providing marketers with the perfect opportunity to learn and share best practice on how to take advantage of social media to add value to your business. Topics will include: Using Social Media to Drive Web Traffic, Harnessing the Power of Customers Online, How to Use Blogs and Social Media Effectively, and Monitoring and Analysis of Social Media. 

Marketing through Social Media will also feature a number of examples of how social media has been used successfully by several companies including Microsoft, Channel 4 and STA Travel.
